Cricket Betting
Betting on cricket at pgok is actually quite straightforward. Once you get the hang of it, it won't feel difficult at all. Log in first, then go to the Sports section. Select cricket there and you'll see a full list of ongoing and upcoming matches — Bangladesh, IPL, World Cup, and more. Choose your bet type:
  • Match Winner: Bet on which team will win — the simplest option.
  • Toss Winner: Which team will win the toss.
  • Over/Under: Whether the runs or wickets will be over or under a specified number.
  • Live Betting: Place bets at any point during a live match — odds update in real time.
Steps to place a bet: Click on your preferred odds → enter the amount in the bet slip (minimum ৳50) → tap the "Place Bet" button. The amount will be deducted from your balance and the bet will be confirmed. Results are typically updated to your account within 5 to 15 minutes after the match ends, and any winnings are added to your balance.

Match Cancelled / Abandoned
This is a completely fair question — especially in Bangladesh, where rain interrupting a cricket match mid-way is nothing new. Here's how pgok handles cancelled or incomplete matches: If cancelled before the match starts: Your full bet amount will be refunded. It typically returns to your balance within 1 to 6 hours. If a match is abandoned mid-way: pgok follows international standards. Typically:
  • For ODIs, bets are void and refunded if fewer than 20 overs are completed; for Tests, at least one full innings must be played.
  • In T20s, bets are void if fewer than 5 overs have been bowled.
  • If the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result stands as final.
Live Betting: Bets completed before the match was called off (such as bets placed after the first innings concluded) generally remain valid. If your refund is delayed, contact pgok support with the match name and date — it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Other Sports
On pgok, you can bet on plenty of sports beyond just cricket. On the Sports page You can see them all. Some popular ones: Football: Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Bangladesh Premier League — all covered. Bet on match winners, handicaps, both teams to score, correct score, and more. Tennis: Set-by-set and match winner bets on ATP and WTA tournaments. Basketball: Point spread and total points betting for NBA and EuroLeague. Kabaddi: Bet on the Pro Kabaddi League — a firm favourite among Bangladeshi bettors. The betting process is largely the same across all sports — go to the Sports section, select your sport, open the match, click on your preferred market, and confirm the amount. Each sport has its own betting markets, but the interface stays consistent. The minimum bet across all sports starts from ৳50.

Account Verification (KYC)
KYC is not required for standard withdrawals under ৳5,000 on pgok. However, a one-time identity verification is needed for withdrawals of ৳5,000 or more. What you'll need:
  • National ID Card (NID): Clear photos of both the front and back of your document.
  • Selfie: A clear selfie of yourself holding your NID.

Betting & Transaction History
All your data is saved on pgok and can be accessed at any time. To view your betting history: Log in → Profile → go to "Betting History" or "My Bets". Here you can view:
  • The date, match, bet type, and amount for each bet
  • Outcome — Win, Loss, or Ongoing
  • Amount won or lost
  • Filter by date, sport type, or result
To view your transaction history (deposits & withdrawals): Profile → "Transactions" or "Transaction History". Here you'll find:
  • Date, payment method (bKash/Nagad, etc.), and amount for each deposit
  • The status of each withdrawal — completed, pending, or cancelled
