Pgok Rules & Terms — Everything from Membership to Payments

When registering with pgok, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with a false name, address, or ID is a violation of pgok's terms and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• One Account Policy: Only one pgok account is permitted per person, device, or household. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed.
• Information Updated: If your phone number, email, or payment method changes, please update it through your account settings.
• Account Sharing Prohibited: Sharing your login credentials with anyone or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: For large withdrawals or suspicious activity, pgok may verify your national ID or passport.

Pgok reserves the right to decline any account registration without providing a reason. Members are generally notified before an account is closed, though immediate action may be taken in cases of fraud.

Pgok is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Allowing a minor to open a pgok account or placing bets on their behalf is a violation of our terms.

Pgok may request a copy of your National ID, birth registration certificate, or passport at any time for age verification purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

You are primarily responsible for the security of your pgok account. Choose a strong password and never share it with anyone.

In the event of account hacking or unauthorized access, pgok will provide reasonable assistance; however, pgok is not liable for losses resulting from a member's own negligence.

Pgok supports payments through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL. No other payment methods are accepted.

Pgok does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, though your mobile banking service may apply its own charges. Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met — please read the terms before claiming any bonus.

In cases of money laundering or suspicious transactions, pgok is obligated to temporarily suspend the account under investigation and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Once a bet is confirmed on pgok, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Review all details carefully before placing your bet — team, odds, and market included.

• Incorrect Odds: If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, pgok reserves the right to void the affected bets. Impacted members will have their stakes refunded.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is fully cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• Bet Limits: Each market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits vary depending on the market and tier.
• Cash Out: Cash out is available on live betting, though the amount may vary depending on current odds and market conditions.

Pgok takes the utmost seriously any attempt to manipulate bet outcomes, use bots, or gain an unfair advantage through any dishonest means. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds become withdrawable after being wagered a specified number of times. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

• Prize Distribution: Prizes are typically credited to winners' accounts within 48 hours of the event concluding. Bonus wagering requirements may apply to prize amounts.
• Rule Violations: Any member found cheating, using multiple accounts, or using bots in a tournament will be immediately disqualified and their account may be subject to further action.
• Dispute of Results: Any disputes regarding leaderboard results must be raised with support within 24 hours of the event ending. No objections will be accepted after that.
• pgok's Decision Is Final: In any dispute related to a tournament, pgok's decision is final and binding.

Pgok reserves the right to cancel or suspend any tournament at any time. In such cases, any bets placed as part of the tournament will be settled under standard rules, though tournament-specific prizes may not be awarded.

Pgok believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage members to play responsibly and within their limits, and provide a range of protective tools to support this.

• Self-Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting or deposit limits at any time.
• Cool-Down: You can take a break from betting for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to temporarily or permanently close your account.
• Reality Check: You will receive reminders showing how long you have been playing past your set time.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Any legal dispute involving pgok shall fall under the jurisdiction of pgok's licensing authority.
